So how can we work together? 

1. Just e-mail us your name and your e-mail address and a brief description of what you are looking for. 

2. We will send you a reply e-mail and set up a "Listing Cart" for you which will send you automatic feeds off the Prescott MLS of Bank Owned properties or whatever else you want to see. 

3. We may send a follow up e-mail every few months just to check in, but we won't call you and we will wait for you to e-mail us when you are ready to buy.  No hassle, no obligations.

4. All we ask is that if you want to be removed from the listing cart, you tell us.
