I want to let everyone know who visits my site that I still have some of the listings that you aren't seeing anymore on my Featured Homes, they are just "in my pocket." 

If you liked the two homes I had listed in Chino Valley, both on over 2 acres of beautiful land, don't worry.  They are just "resting" and temporarily off market.  If you want to see them or make an offer, just give me a call.  They are still available. 

Unfortunately, the very nice home I had listed on the golf course will be in foreclosure in the future.  If you liked it, give me a call and I will put your name on a list to be first in line and most likely a rock bottom price.

I also have some possible listings for the spring that are very nice:  a lovely home on the public golf course, a gorgeous artistic home in the pines that will knock your socks off, and a very well-priced family home in the Viewpoint.  Any of these Sellers would entertain offers right now.  Remember, Buyers, I can find just about anything you want.  And Sellers, nobody works harder than I do to sell your home.
